Email supportRetune needs microphone access. Check Settings → Retune → Microphone is on, and play close to the phone in a reasonably quiet room.
Tap the tuning name at the top of the tuner (for example Standard ⌄) to pick another
one, or open the Tunings tab to browse the built-in and your own tunings.
Yes. In the Tunings tab, tap +, choose an instrument, set the target note for each string, name it, and save. You can edit, duplicate, reorder, and delete your tunings any time. Custom tunings are part of the one-time Retune Pro unlock.

Retune Pro is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. It unlocks the tuning editor (build and save your own tunings, for guitar, bass, ukulele or 7-string), the metronome, and iCloud sync for the tunings you build. The tuner itself and its eleven built-in tunings are free.

Yes. In Settings, adjust A4 calibration anywhere from 415 to 466 Hz to match an ensemble or a fixed-pitch instrument. The default is standard concert pitch, 440 Hz.
Yes. Retune runs entirely on your device and needs no network connection. It works in airplane mode.
